    Surprised it was under construction
We visited and did Chicago 360 with Tilt, and since it was the night before my birthday, got the package with the drink. It was a good experience, but not as great as I expected. The staff who were running the downstairs activities, the elevator, and the bar were very nice, welcoming, and helpful. However , the employees who were working the Tilt were not any of those things. I basically felt as if my children and I were putting them out by being there. It was a new experience for my kids, and they were apprehensive. The demeanor of the e plain that area DID NOT help. Additionally, I feel I paid a decent ticket price for this activity, but half of the 94th floor was under construction. There was no bar, everything was canned. The area to sit was small and very limited, and one side was completely blocked off. I wish I had known about the construction before I visited.

    Touristy But Just About Worthwhile
It’s one of those Chicago tick box attractions I guess, & I did enjoy my visit. It was a clear but quiet day, so a seamless, no queue experience for me. Goes without saying, the views are incredible. I opted for the View & Sip ticket, which encompassed entry & a syrupy cocktail in the naff Cloudbar. I figured after the syrupy cocktail I might psyche myself up to do‘Tilt’, the touristy add on which involves being tipped at an angle via a moveable glass & steel platform, over the side of the building, enabling sick bucket inducing, downward facing views of the city streets 1000ft below. l did, & it was petrifying, but blessedly short. As with these kind of attractions, it’s a factory line, with the usual overpriced cheesy photos & tat shop. Quite a well known wheeze if you want to experience the views but avoid the queues & not pay entry, is to whizz straight up the dedicated elevator to the Signature Lounge, where you can admire the vistas for the price of a syrupy cocktail, or touristy meal!
