Great appetizers

Met up with friends to watch some college football. It's a great atmosphere to watch sports and happy hours. While you are there, must have the nachos.

    Golf with 3 Sons
Celebrating oldest sons 50th Birthday. Picked Hutto as half way between Pearland and Denton. Golf at Star Ranch which was totally outstanding. The food here at the Hall of Fame was somewhat the saving grace. The service could not have been any SLOWER or backwards. Only question is will we go back ?? Yes we will give them another chance!! Hope they take heed and work the service out. They say they have been open since 2011 long time to have happened what happened today. Even the check was slow and even slower getting the credit card back. Oh well we want to see them succeed. Great looking little place. Retired Chef Gene

    Disappointed at best.
We ate here on a Sunday in the afternoon. My friend ordered soup and salad. The Ceasar salad was below average at best. The soup, which was suppose to be Chicken and Dumpling was very bad. It came barely warm and the broth had separated and rather curdled. They obviously had ran out of dumplings and had used something strange like croutons in their place. Surely these were not what they considered dumplings. We wished they had told us they were out of soup and let us make a second choice. I ordered a chicken breast with Avacado and Jalapeño sauce, mashed potatoes and a side salad. The potatoes were adequate and the green salad was the only good thing about the whole meal. The chicken breast was two pale thinly slices of breast with maybe two tablespoons of bland sauce drizzled across the top. We were very disappointed. The waitress was nice and very friendly though she never brought us our side order of home fried Potato Chips. We did not press the issue as we didn't want another disappointment. It seems to me this should be classified more of a bar than a restaurant. They do not have a wine list, however, and when questioning the waitress she just knew they had red or white. They have several beers on draft but no frosty glass.
