Longest poet wall
So impressed when first time saw this fabulous wall full with chinese poems that enable the tourists and locals to walk and jog around but at the same time to read the poems on the wall.

A place for poems and relaxation
We went to Changde Poem Wall on 8 September 2014 by tour group. It was a big place for family outing. The entrance was a beautiful Chinese traditional tower. On either side of the entrance there was a long wall of Chinese poems. Those who could read the Chinese words from old writings to modern writings would benefit tremendously, especially those who loved poetry. In front of these walls of poems, was a big park and a river. As we walked briskly, we could feel the cooling breeze blowing towards us.

Changde Poetry Wall 常德诗墙
I was impressed when first time saw the amazing poems on this long stretching wall. Read a few poems but really did not understand the whole phrase. Realized there were lots more to see while reading other reviews. It was raining and we had only one hour here. It was also the last day of our tour and the next visiting point was shopping at 黄兴路步行街 Huang Xing Road Pedestrian Street. It would be great if we have longer hours till evening so that we can see more beautiful scenes.
