    We got to visit the museum in April between seasons, glad the curator was nice enough to make time for us, and glad we went to see the site. It was great to get a look into this era of Alaska. The museum can seem small at first glance but it is several buildings and each one is full of artifacts that offer a glimpse of a (nearly) forgotten time.
