Seawatch for Birds and Mammals from the eastern tip 0f Hokkaido
Look east across the channel from Cape Nosappu and you may find Minke Whales swimming by, Sea Otter in the water or a wide range of seabirds passing. Migration seasons are great, but winter too is an interesting time, especially if sea-ice is in the vicinity.

Most East - Cape Nosappu.
U can see many of islands which suppose belong to Japan in the sunny day. This place is rather different from other area in Japan, I guessed. Somehow rather u can feel the feeling of Japanese wishing Russia returning those islands which belong to them and a ittle bit touch of sadness nd lonen roaming around the museum. It is worth coming for a visit.
