Like You Are Away from Everything Else!
I love Whitney and Thayer Woods. My dog and I walk or run there 3-4 times a week. It is quiet, beautiful and safe. Some days I don't run into another human being; other days (weekends) I get to see couples walking, joggers, dogs and kids. There are enough trails that you can walk for 20 minutes or 2 hours.

Beautiful place for a long walk
There is a small parking area for this park and multiple walking trails that were wide and easy to navigate. Many signs also. it was really beautiful and worth going to see.
