Amazing beautiful park with so much activity
I visited the park 2 mornings in a row when staying in Qiqihar. Arrived at 545A. The park was bustling. People were everywhere doing tai chi, dancing, singing, ping pong, badminton, photography, exercising. It was invigorating. Beautiful sculptures and buildings. There were hundreds of lotus blossoms. One of my favorites of Qiqihar.

A comprehensive park for everyone
There are a Pagoda and some fun and execiting facilities for young ones. Can also walk along the Nen River and view the city with perfect angle.

Large park, nice to visit
It's probably better to visit this park when the weather is warmer. That way, you'll be there when the amusement rides are open. Still, it was a nice place for walking. Tsitsihar Guan Yu temple is in this park and there are several pagodas and traditional-style bridges. Even in the cool of February, as the temperatures are starting to warm up from winter, the park has great scenery worth shooting with your camera.
