Ferry terminal to Russia
This is not an attraction, but the Chinese customs and ferry terminal to Russia. Make sure you’ve got water and some snacks with you if you are to take the ferry to Blagoveshchensk — there isn’t any eateries of convenient store here. The ferry doesn’t come on schedule so expect a long wait. You don’t have to pay port fee here but port fee applies in Russia. Please check the amount and get some rubles in cash before you leave China.

Heihe is small city and port is nothing special. I have no ideas for tourists to see theire
