Great, Quick, Lookout
This is a great place to stop for a nice view of the Kalalau/Napali coast from above. We have often seen rainbows here. Great spot for pictures. There us a $10/vehicle & $5/person fee that is laid at a self kiosk and gives you access to anywhere in the park for one day. Beautiful views!

Kalalau Lookout can often be a dynamic sight with clouds sometimes obscuring the valley view below you.
Always a spectacular view of such a wonderful and sacred valley in Kauai. The lighting changes throughout the day with mid-morning and sunset as the best viewing. You are potentially and often in the clouds and can get skunked with the clouds obscuring the valley below. Sometimes, it’s worth waiting for 30 minutes and things can sometimes clear up. The scenery is very dynamic with the clouds.
