Amazing day
I did not have high expectations about this tourist spot, but was even more surprised about the beauty of Wuzhizhou Island. Especially the track trough the middle of the island is amazing, beautiful flower garden and little animals running around. Totally worth taking the trip from Sanya to here.

Very touristy but then we are tourists
I was a bit apprehensive after reading mixed reviews but enjoyed my visit. Not a cheap day but far from extortionate, very much geared for Chinese tourists but we are in China after all. It is very crowded in parts but generally organised very well, transfer by boats was about 20 minutes wait time both ways not bad considering the numbers needing to be transported. Tour of Island by electric buggy cost about £7 per person and drinks and snacks were in my opinion pretty reasonable. There are a lot of extras you can send your money on if you want. Managed to take some nice photos despite the crowds and enjoyed my visit and found it very enjoyable even though it is very much geared to the domestic tourist market. Half a day would be plenty of time in my opinion.

Great place!
Beautiful island with a lot of activities to explore. Strangely enough, you're not allowed to swim in the sea. "It's dangerous".
