We went on a went day but still enjoyed the park. Hiring a family bike or a small electric buggy is an option here and great for the kids.

Park with ocean view
Nice large park with plenty of greenery to enjoy while strolling along the park paths or along the coast with a view of the ocean. Can rent a bike to ride if desired (single, double or even 4 wheels if 4 -6 people). FYI - During Chinese New Year (and maybe other holidays) the bike rental price nearly doubles.
