Goseong Dinosaur Museum, Gyeongsangnam-do, South Korea

The kids loved it.
We took our two daughters aged 5 and 3 to the museum, and they loved it, especially since they love anything dinosaur at the moment. It was about a 2 hour car trip from Busan. The museum is clean, has ample parking and toilets, a gift shop, a convenience store and a place where you can buy coffee etc. The admission and parking fees were really cheap, and people with a disability card got a discount on both the parking fee and admission. The museum itself is smallish but the displays were fantastic and my daughters were just enthralled by it all. They were even 'scared' at times by some of the displays - which they absolutely loved!!. Outside the museum is a park area that winds its way down to the coastline. Throughout the park there are life size dinosaur statues, playgrounds, picnic areas and a maze. Its quite a lovely area, with beautiful scenery. However, if you decide to walk down the hill, walking back up will give you a nice workout, especially if you're pushing a pram with two small children in it. You can also walk down and see the fossilized dinosaur footprints in the rocks. But remember you will need to walk back up and its steep. Tip! If you want to see the footprints, and you have small children, drive the short distance from the museum down to the beach. Also, there is a small village nearby and a camping ground.

Goseong Dinosaur Museum
It was really an educational experience. Goseong is a famous site for dinosaur fossils and prints. There are lot of see inside and lots of events going on as well. Excellent stuff.
