    Colby is the best!!!
We just spent a week at Phoenix OB and rented chairs for our family of five. Colby was absolutely wonderful to work with and he took great care of our family. He was very attentive and always available when we needed him. We highly recommend Ike’s because of their high level of professionalism, the great quality of their equipment, and their outstanding beach attendants. We can’t wait to come back!

    Great service from staff
We are in our second week of rental at Phoenix East. Trip and Billie have been attentive and delightful. The beach is beautiful and the chairs and umbrella are in great shape. The only problem we have had at all was today. We left for lunch and a nap and came back to find a lady asleep on one of our chairs. I said excuse me, but you are in our chair. She got up but made no apology, just saying that she thought we left. I told her that we would be there all week. I’m sure they knew and didn’t care that I heard all of their snide comments. Typical, I am well familiar with their entitled mindset. Their profanity filled rap music that they turned on loud did not shock me either. I hear that at Zumba. absolutely did not expect Trip to monitor who was in what chair-but he, being a very nice and conscientious young man, was obviously embarrassed and bothered by their behavior and came over to be really nice and tell us that we didn’t have to worry about them because they would be gone after today.
