Good place to spend some time.
It’s near from gongbei port almost 10 minute in taxi for 30 to 40 rmb. It is replica of forbidden kingdom and good place to visit. Entrance is free for all the visitors. Can see chinese architecture and get yourself dressed in chinese ancient uniforms. Food and drinks are fair enough. It’s better to walk around but if have trouble to walk then can take buggy ride to see around. Boating can be also done in lake, cable car ride to go up in hill from where can see good view of city and Macau too if clear weather. various performance are also preformed can enjoy it although it is in Chinese language. Various games are there to play for children and adults too. It’s is one of good place to have good photos. Over all it’s good to spend some time with family and friends in it as it’s one of nearest destination from gongbei port.

Beautiful!
We visited in December and practically had the park to ourselves. It was a great break from the crowds and traffic of China. Don't miss the live show in the evening. It was excellent, with horses, dancers, pyrotechnics, and music.

Good for what it is
What I thought would be an actual historic place of interest is actually a complete fake reconstruction of the Old Summer Palace in Beijing. With no admission fee, many walking paths, and some great picture opportunities, it really is just a large park that you can enjoy meandering around. Attached to an amusement and water park, which may or may not detract from the ambiance.
