Beautiful Gardenn but very small

This is a bit outside the city center, but you still get a nice feel of nature within this garden. ts very beautiful and the best time to go would be in June since that's when all the roses are bloomed. The entrance is free

    Beautiful garden
This is a beautiful renaissance-style garden in the historic centre of Groeningen, attached to the Prinsenhof hotel. The gardens are free to visit and easily incorporated into a walking tour of the city's highlights, given their relative proximity to the Martinitoren and Market Square. You enter through a lovely decorative archway with a sundial on it, and have a number of interesting areas to explore, including a rose garden and what appeared to be a herb garden. The topiary in the Eastern part of the grounds has created a number of peaceful spots which would make for a nice retreat in the summer months. Well worth checking out.

    Nice place to enjoy coffee
Nice pristine garden with good selection of seasonal flowers. 10 mins walk from Grote markt / Forum / Students Hotel. It takes around 30mins to tour the garden. Free entry. A nice cafe is located within serves good cakes, coffee and hot chocolate.
