History in "City Central"

We were in Delfzijl to visit family & were pleasantly surprised that this historic wind mill is located in the centre of town. We were also fortunate to arrive during the coronation of the new King & enjoyed the party like atmosphere!! This historic structure is part of weekly local markets & gathering place for special occasions. You can also walk short distance to the local restaurants & bars to enjoy the Dutch cuisine.

    Adam - Exposition Mill
    The name of the windmill is "Adam" and it's an exposition mill. It is located in the shopping area in the centre of Delfzijl. There's a painting exposition "De Stalmeesters" but due to the covid-19, it was not open. The mill is still in good condition though it was built in 1875.

    Landmark
    Its an old landmark in the town. Looks very pretty as this is typical of the Netherlands region and its historical to this place.
