Interesting little museum
We stopped by on our way to Shiner, TX. Wasn’t expecting much, but had some extra time and decided to stop in. Surprisingly, it was very entertaining. We had 6 teenagers with us and they all enjoyed it. The guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. It only took us about a 1/2 hour.

Hopefully it's something you have never seen before!
Entertaining look at the old jail! Our guide Carol was a delight. Told lots of stories about the former prisoners and Gonzales infamy. Just my husband and I were taken to the 2nd floor to tour the cells. We weren't rushed, got to take our time and ask questions. Really interesting! Thanks for letting people tour it!

David made history come to life
Wonderfully preserved part of Gonzales history. David made the past come to life with his great knowledge. He loved what he did and made the past a visible part of the present. He took pictures of us and with us to make this a memorable event. The graffiti is such a part of the jail.
