Although the presentation was a little longer then we wanted the experience was pleasant. We were not able to find a package that was suited for us. We told our salesman this and he thanked us for coming and that was it. Very nice to meet someone in this situation that stood by his word. He told us if it was a no he would not pressure us to but and he didn’t. Thank you! Jon and Robin

Tres Rios is not bad.... beware of Ocean Canyon Properties.
I came to Tres Rios after being scammed by slick salesmen into a lifetime membership with Ocean Canyon Properties. I quite enjoyed the camp, and the management staff was very helpful( although they were themselves very confused by what my salesperson had promised me about the membership). I enjoyed kayaking the rivers and day hikes around the area. The shower houses could use a bit more TLC. Every morning I found a "closed for cleaning" sign up... but actually found the groundskeeper sleeping in the bathhouse when I entered after not hearing any "cleaning" going on. Everything was in good repair, but it was about as clean as a truck stop bathroom.
