Unique and mesmerizing lagoon with a versatile wild life!
It’s a vast lagoon located in Anzali port , You can ride a boat a have the tour , a full trip on boat takes around one and half hour , There is no crocodile and wild marine life !!! You can enjoy the marine tulips flowers sight if you visit before mid September . I highly recommend to get the speed boat as the quality of boats vary , Mostly traditional boats are available , but speed boats have proper seats for 4 person and comfy ride . There is a very good restaurants called Amoo Esmaeel serving local fish , it’s delicious and well done You get to see all the ships coming and going and a navy small ship which is not operational any more . The lagoon is getting shallower , the deepest part get only as 1.5 meter , due to low maintenance and lack of Govermnet supportive plans . It’s a highly recommended place to visit Price is moderate and lots of places offer the ride to lagoon . How ever speed boats are limited

Amazing
It is stunning. We had a boat ride over there and also is famous for the boat trips. If you take a boat trip, you can see the the beautiful landscape, beautiful nature, flowers and seabirds. Also there are many canebrakes in the water which make it so stunning.

a lively lagoon
anzali lagoon or "bandar-e-anzali" is a port in norh of iran in Anzali city,Gilan province. it is a port for exporting and importing things from seemingly nearby countries,which is still alive and working.you can go there and enjoy the films-like lagoon with boats,tugboats and ships coming and going with their lamps(the scene has special beauty in evening,when it is neither very dark, nor much sunny),and whistling!!! it is very interesting.you can seat there beside water while eating snacks and enjoy the scene.moreover you can hire a little boat which can take you in the water for a while inbetween reeds.enjoy it!!!
