    Enjoyable
This wasn't on our list of things to do in Atlanta, but it was close to our hotel and both of my grandkids love art. We were there for about 2 1/2 hours and didn't have time to see it all, but we did see a lot. There's a wide variety of art, which is nice. Some good and some maybe not so much. At least in my eyes, but we all have a different opinion on what we think is art and what type of art we like. If you're any type of art lover and have the time, I would recommend that you visit the High Museum of Art.

    A Better Variety of Art
During our recent trip to Atlanta, our daughter treated us to admission at the High Museum. I was very pleasantly surprised, and liked some of the art I thought I was going to hate. For example, the 'Stephen Burks: Shelter in Place' exhibit contained unusual furniture and objects a person might have placed into their home. My original thought was, you've got to be kidding me, but when I walked through the exhibit, I started to think this was really good. I also enjoyed the ceramics and glass, the collection of French works, and the artwork produced by American artists before World War II. I just didn't get the 'modern' stuff. We spent about two hours walking through the museum, and only missed viewing the fifth floor.
