Hidden gem... but crowded

Hidden under a highway, mostly known and visited by locals this site has several ponds with falling natural water and nice platform rocks to lay there, sunbathing. It was a bit crowded and noisy when we visited and the water is freezing?

    Surprisingly unknown marvel
    wow! I found them by casualty, and even during the summer (I was there in August) there were just a few people. It's a breathtaking place, where you can enjoy the water, take a sunbath, or whateveer you want. There is also a beautiful trail where you can walk and enjoy the forest if you like it. But please, be respectfull with the nature. Pozas de Melon is a place that should be preserved.

    wonderful walk, gorgeous views
    Followed our noses to the top of the hill and accessed the falls by an easy trail. You know you are close by the sound of the water. There are stairs and platforms to view the various levels of the falls. Well worth it.
