Great Eisbock and Quadrupel
Outstanding Eisbock. This is a truly difficult style to brew and few try. They did and it was outstanding. Outstanding Belgian Quadrupel also, another difficult style to brew well. These 2 beers will really please aficionados of these styles. I bet the others are good as well.

a new microbrewery
This is a really nice place new to Gainesville. The owners are really really nice people. Sissy and Chris talk to their customers and talk about beers and what you like and don't like and how they started. They made their own furniture and they explain the Blackadder brand name. They have 40 bees on tap including guest beers and two wines. There is a food "tent" outside and there is a nice fireplace in the hall. I think this is going to be a great place over the coming months as more people hear about it.
