Iconic sculpture
The statue was erected just a hundred+ years ago (1913?) and the sculpture in today's town square is a bronze replica. Wanna see the origininal statue? Go see it at the Faaborg Museum down the street.

Very Unusual Sculpture
Just had to stop and look at this unusual sculpture in the town square. You really have to look close to see the guys is drinking milk direct from the cow and the cow is licking a baby. Well worth a look at.

Famous and unusual sculpture
The Ymer (Nordic mythology) spring is an unusual and a beautiful sculpture in the middle of the Faaborg square. The square itself is lovely, as is the old town of Faaborg, too - and you will surely pass the statue if in town. When you do, be sure to appreciate its details.
