Worth a visit
Tidens Samling is a museum of everyday life in the 20th century. It is a hands-on museum where you are allowed to touch the items, sit in the furniture, open the drawers and try on the clothes. The museums permanent exhibition consists of nine living rooms from 1900 to 1999 with original and authentic interiors from typical Danish homes. Besides the permanent exhibition, once a year a new special exibition is represented, focusing on a specific topic from the century fx 'Youth Life in the 70s' or 'Women's life through 100 years'. The museum also has an area for dressing up. Here children and adults are welcome to try on clothes, shoes and hats from the various decades.

Back through a century
If you're bored, take a little trip--through time. If you have at least an hour, it's worth it to see and touch some genuine articles from the 20th century, used by real Danes. In the back is a massive collection of clothes and hats (try them on!), furniture and home appliances. Great fun for childlike grown-ups who are feeling nostalgic.

This is one of the good ones
Imagine that you could time travel and be in the living room of your parents, grandparents and great grandparents, or be once again in your teenage years room still with Michael jackson posters glued in.... thats what tidens samling is all about. 1900-1980, 1 room per decade full of daily life objects, including books and records, a private collection from the very nice ladies that run the museum. Best of it you can touch all that. Besides the rooms, museum includes temporary exhibitions ( when I was there it was something about fashion in the 1930s) and a place where you can try some dresses, shoes and wigs Includes a cute shop where you can buy old looking stuff. I took 2 hours, it can be less or more, depending on how in are you into these things.
