Fine for a day visit. It is a good place to visit for families and couples. A single person can also enjoy the zoo of course. There is a good variety of animals to see, I personlly enjoy the non crowded hours the most. When I rarely could visit the place with a friend we would try to find a normal work hour so the Zoo was not so crowded.

Wonderful place
Denmark has so much to offer when it's about visiting thinks . This zoo is one of them. We visited the place in May , when everything is green and beautiful . The place itself is beautiful . You can take it as a relaxing day in a park , even if you are not interested in seeing animals ,which i recommend to stop and see them . I recommend for families . Kids will be very impressed !
