Magnificent
I was surprised that the building of Odense city hall is relatively young, built at the end of 19th century, later enlarged and completely finished in 1955. It is beautiful and impressive and definitely one of must see in the city.

New Town Hall
The Town Hall as it stands today was opened in 1955. But the beginning dates to 1880's. There used to be a smaller but more attractive Town Hall here before built in 1480, but as it was Gothic it was considered ugly at the time. The Town Halls is an attractive building and one can take nice photos here.

Imposing City Hall building in Odense
Imposing City Hall building in Odense, overlooking the main square, to the east of the main shopping area. Well worth stopping by if you are in the area. Currently in use as a Covid station.
