Nice Walk on The Rampart
A Nice small fortress town to stroll around. But the nice area to walk around is on the rampart. Green, quiet and good athmosphere.

Lovely place
It is really nice to walk around the fortified ramparts of Nyborg. Beautiful old houses, cosy sommerhouses near the water and the old water tower. Here Denmark and Sweden fought in 1659.

Feel the atmosphere of the old kings castle
Nyborg faestning or castle uses to be where the King lived. Now it is open to the public and you can see the impressive main hall, bedrooms and water closets. The tower shows how easily the castle could be defended and the 3 foot thick walls protected the royal family. Come have a look.
