The green heart of the city
A beautiful park, cool and green in the summer heat, but beautiful all year around. You will find flower gardens, art, fountains, quiet spots for relaxation and good spots for picnics here. The river winding through the gardens is in central role and the water element really brings an added charm to the gardens. Kids will enjoy the fun and cool playgrounds here.

Nice conjoiner between the Hospital and the city centre
I cycled through this park everyday during my stay in Odense (6 weeks during medical school). I always enjoyed the scenery - particularly the Mermaid stature. I managed to spend an afternoon here on one of my days off and spent some time enjoying the scenery further into the gardens and wandering along the river. Also of note is the beginning of a "love lock" bridge, when I visited there were only 5 or 6 locks on the bridge (near the mermaid statue), I can't say how many there are now.

Recommend
The most beautiful place I have ever been to. Long park with multiple routes where you can walk, bike or rent a boat. Highly recommend mainly due to good vibe and atmosphere Munke Mose provides.
