A very good trip to CLAY Keramikmuseum
18 of us from the Celebrity Silhouette took a 2 taxis to Middelfart to visit the Clay museum. As we approached we were disappointed with our first impression, but looks can be deceiving. The museum was much larger than it looked and stored a wonderful collection of local artists and of course that from Royal Copenhagen. The guide had a strong grasp of the meaning of each piece and explained their history to us.

    Great day at CLAY
This was a great experience! We especially enjoyed Morten Løbner’s special exhibition and the warm personal welcome/introduction we got upon arrival. The ceramics sort of calls to be touched because of the many organic shapes and it would have made the experience even bigger if there had been a touch and feel section (not just the for sales area). But we really had a great couple of hours and made it through the entire exhibition within 1-1,5 hours (with smaller kids). We afterwards enjoyed the nice food served at the cafe. They don’t serve the classic kids meals, but the homemade bunds and cake was were great for small kids.
