Amazing

Cheap, great quality and great people. It allowed us to discover the area around us. We rented bikes and one of those metal boats and all were in an excellent state and a joy to use.

Great and cheap way to discover the beautiful Frisian Lakes
I've been kayaking with a friend for two hours (12 euros in total for a two person kayak). There are also canoes for 1 or two persons. It can be rather busy with watertraffic for it's a popular place for people who are celebrating their holidays on their boats. Kayaking was a nice way to enjoy the different lakes. You have the chance to go to narrow places where the large boats can't come and have a break on beautiful places. Afterwards Earnewald is a nice place to go for a drink and enjoy all the different kinds of boats that are passing. You can also rent bicycles and small boats at this company. It's a nice way to go outside Leeuwarden for an afternoon or day (20 min drive by car) and enjoy the Frisian nature and culture! Bring something to eat and drink during kayaking.
