Buyer Beware!!
Arrived at tour office to find a gentleman handing out additional information about our tour. What we had booked for was not available that day due to "technical issues". We were herded off to a much older boat and to another destination, not at all the one we had planned on. We were told that we would be given an ice cream and a drink for free as compensation. The bulk of the 50 people on board were "seniors". It seemed to me that they likely felt it was not enough people on a Monday morning to go with the bigger boat, so we ended up in this metal monstrosity. Totally disappointed in this trip is an understatement. To top it all off, the bus to take us back to our starting point was 15 minutes late and it was windy and cold!! Again totally unacceptable. My brother, 83 yrs., ended up with a whopper of a cold as a result of this experience. Never again will we book with this company that misrepresents its trips. The literature looks good, but the reality is another story. Save your money!
