Romantic Weekend
Awesome river cruise on your own time and skipper of your own house boat. Enjoy fishing from the house boat or even a barbecue onboard when the sun sets over the Vaal River.

Amazing Experience
amazing, tranquil, and pragtig experience. it was our first time cruising ourselves on the vaal. it was winter and freezing at night and morning,but it should be amazing in summer.we spent 2 nights with old willow and slept along the river where you jetty and tie the boat to the reeds on the river banks. we braaied and listen to the music (please bring CDs and USB) on the boat radio, and we sat on the deck and enjoyed our dinner. we woke up to beautiful sound of birds, frogs and cows. I would only recommend that they put signs when you nearing the area and at the entrance of the place as we got lost and were frustrated at night. their next fleet of house boats, they should extend the bathroom, it was too small for my liking. Overall, an adventure of a life time. definitely going back.
