Not your mothers Yoga
They do have regular yoga but we go for the intense Sunday funday 1.5 hour yoga with Heather. These are the real thing. The people that own it and the people that work here do it for the pleasure of it all. If you are looking for better than what you find at the gym this is the place. Buy one class or a package. They also have like 8 massage therapists on staff and personal trainers. We have used Heather as a personal trainer for our daughter and I can tell you that she is amazing. This is NOT your mothers yoga. I sweat and my heart is always beating fast. It is an aerobic opportunity . You will love it if you love strength building. They also do easy and plain stretching yoga as well. Stop by and have a chat and decide for yourself. Cheers!! and Namaste

Nice Studio
I will be coming back to this wonderful space and hope to have Wanda again. I do love her alignment approach to yoga and I cannot tell you how friendly other patrons were! I felt right at home, despite being out of state. I love that I was able to pay a drop-in fee and did not necessarily have to make a reservation. When I come back to visit my Mom, I'll be coming back.

Amazing Massage! Also Acupuncture, Yoga and More
I am been a client for 8 years and Marty Maddox is an amazing massage therapist. Her craniosacral techniques are top notch. She makes a real effort to know each of her client's needs and adjusts her therapy to identify and resolve problem areas. Marty is also the owner of Yoga 4 All and provides an array of classes, workshops and wellness services, including great acupuncturists.
