Quiet peaceful walk through the state park
Quiet peaceful trails to walk along and enjoy this State Park in Welaka Fl. Enjoyed the solitude and the natural surroundings. We were the only ones on the trail. Payment to use the state park is on the honor system. We left $4.00 in the lock box that is there for payment. Saw some butterflies, and listened to the birds. Must use mosquito repellant as there were quite a few mosquitos bothering us without it.

Walking in Walaka
Beautiful hike through this well maintained trail. I would suggest better guiding beside the map. Not a lot of signs to feel confident going through. We loved going off the beaten trail and taking our time through this piece of nature.
