OK… Just want to make it clear for everybody as of today, June 11, 2017, the water taxi is not operating. If you call a very nice man answers the phone "water taxi" and then proceeds to tell you that until the docks are rebuilt, there's no place for the water taxi to land. That makes sense. It is curious that they answer the phone. A nice friendly touch. It's sad because we've ridden the water taxi and it really is a lot of fun and a great trip. Hope they can reopen soon.

Docks expected to be under repair until summer 2018
Great service but NOBODY has mentioned on any site that the docks are down after hurricane of 2016. Polite fellow on phone says not expected to begin service again until 2018.....Why not make mention of this?

THIS ACTIVITY CLOSED DUE TO DOCKING FACILITY DAMAGE
I am sorry to report that due to damage sustained to docking facilities during recent hurricanes, the owner has decided to suspend this wonderful attraction. After speaking with the representative on the phone, he said there was no expected date to resume operation. However, their parent business, Ponce Inlet Watersports, operates additional water access businesses out of the same facility.
