Venetian Causeway Bridge, Florida, United States

A scenic ride

One of my favorite rides in Miami. Rather than take the MacArthur Causeway to South Beach, I prefer to get off at Biscayne Blvd and take the picturesque Venetian Causeway. Driving at sea level, the ocean lapping the road on both sides, breathtaking views, interspersed islands, all make for a stress busting drive. the water views are great at all times of the day.

Scenic alternate route to South Beach
While Mcarthur bridge also has scenic views of the bay and cruise port, Venetian causeway adds a little unique charm with beautiful houses and a upclose bay full of yatchts view. Would recommend driving through this once either when going to South beach or coming back from south beach. It is also interesting how some of the islands this goes over are man made.
