Your 'frugal fun for the kiddos' alternative to Dave and Busters.
Although their name is totally misleading (no where near Treasure Island...actually is on Seminole Blvd!) this old fashioned stand alone arcade building rates high for air conditioned family fun at a very reasonable cost. You simply buy a Fun Center card and load it with any denomination you want. When you load a suggested amount, the auto load machine tags on extra $ to your account. Games here are quite the variety...from ginormous video screens offering up faves like Ms Pac Man; Cross-the-Street; Deal-or-No-Deal; etc. to virtual reality racing..hop on a motorcycle for a race, operate radio-controlled cars and trucks; play old fashioned Skee Ball; a wide assortment of Pinball games; 'push the tokens' games; and on and on....Each game will earn you virtual tickets that load directly to your plastic card. When you've had enough fun for the day, it is time to 'cash' your tickets in for various prizes, big or small and in between..or save your virtual tickets to stack them in the future. $20-$25 will buy you about an hour's worth of good, clean fun! Our whole family enjoys coming here when we are in town. We've been coming since my nephew was a little kid and he is a high school senior now, and we still go together with our 9 year old.

Fun place for birthdays or just play!
I have taken my kids to TIFC many times, both for just play dates and for birthday parties. There are games for all ages and there are tables for adults to congregate. Food is typical "fun stuff". My kids truly enjoy it :)
