Thursby House, Florida, United States

Interesting historic home
On the property of the Blue Springs State Park, the home was built for the owners who turned the acreage into a citrus orchard. Displays in the house tell the history of the home and area. Really well done. Only first floor is open and there's a handicap ramp in the back for easy access. Suitable for all ages. Free with admission to the park. We walked in and paid $2 each.

Located in Blue Springs State Park
The admission to the park is $6/car. This is a wonderful place to spend the day with a small park for children to play, concessions, camp store, gift shop, etc. The Thursby house was built in the 1800's and has exhibits inside of life in the 1800's. It is open Wed.-Sun. for self tours.
