Fortress of Solitude in Salt
This place is like Superman’s Fortress of Solitude but made of salt! And the staff are wonderful! The salt therapy here has changed my lungs after suffering with covid. I had clots in my lungs while on a ventilator in a coma for 3 1/2 months and after 3 months of rehab i still had trouble breathing but doing much better after starting this in conjunction with pulmonary rehab. This salt therapy is a big part after every rehab session. There is a lot of research out there on the benefits of salt or halotherapy - just do a google search for speliotherapy or halotherapy.
