The Church Mouse is a boutique style thrift store close to tony Worth Avenue. There is a free parking lot in the rear of the store. Proceeds from the Church Mouse go to support the outreach for The Church of Bethesda-by-the-Sea. Bethesda is a beautiful old church best known for being where Michael Jordan and Donald and Melania Trump married. The Church Mouse has the distinction of being one of the top donation based resale shops in the country. Expect to find a nicer selection of items including antiques than you would find at your typical thrift shop. The store is over 4,500 square feet and they sell furniture, clothing and accessories including crystal, china, household goods, and books. Items ranged from a few dollars to many hundreds of dollars. The store is staffed by friendly volunteers. Some of the richest people in Palm Beach donate to this charity so it is always fun to poke around.

A Great Place in Many Ways
This place is an institution on the island, something like an Uber-Goodwill - The donors are Uber-rich, and the customers are proportionally uber too, and it all benefits the local church :-) It's enjoyable to just walk through and see the many interesting things they have, often including some interesting furniture, nice decorator items, nice porcelain and silverware, etc. There is also a whole section of lightly used high-end designer clothes that from their looks could have come from the upper crest of high society - and although discreetness will never allow us to know, they probably do.

A Most Unusual Thrift Shop!
Only in Palm Beach would you ever find such a posh thrift shop! It's loaded with all kinds of gorgeous Evening Gowns, Handbags, and Accessories. Often you can also find great furniture items for your home as well. With most things coming out of grand Palm Beach homes, you can be sure there are really good "treasures". You have to constantly pop in to see what new things have arrived--and you will find some amazing values!
