Fun and informative
We're a very small-batch craft distillery located in a historic sponge warehouse in Tarpon Springs. Our spirits are made from scratch on the premises. We offer Gramling Woods Moonshine, a traditional Appalachian spirit; Oaked Moonshine, caramel-smooth and versatile, and Rye Malt Whiskey, spicy, smoky, and sweet (Double Gold medal winner at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition!). The Anclote family includes 4 distilled gins; Aquavit, a unique Scandinavian dill and caraway spirit; and Conch Shell Rum, a Bahamian-style rum with tropical fruit and butterscotch notes. Papou’s Ouzo has anise and fennel flavor accented with orange and warm spices, and Claresso is a unique spirit distilled with espresso with a coffee nose and a toffee finish! We provide informative and fun complimentary tours and tastings, offer an inventive cocktail menu, and have live music of all types on the weekend. Our spirits and merchandise (mixers, barware, apparel) are available for purchase in our gift shop.

Fun and informative
My husband and I stopped in today and this place is amazing. Keith was also amazing as he told us the story behind what we tasted and why it tasted the way it did. My husband had both the Walnut and Rum Raisin Old fashioned and both were excellent and I had one of the best Whiskey Sours. Jessica tended bar while Keith did a tour and was just as friendly. We are definitely planning to come back and bring some friends next time. And the drinks are reasonably priced.

Looking to make new friends-that is the atmosphere here
We have been in distilleries in Ky, this was the first for us in Fl. What a friendly place. Jessi answered all our questions, gave us mixing advice and had some phenomenal original drinks! Some very nice whiskeys and shines-I liked the Oaked shine- with a rum being released in mid December 2022 ( we were too early for that)
