Amazing range of beer and wine, drink it there or take it home!
We nipped in to see what this place was like and were blown away by the range of beer, as well as the knowledge and friendliness of the staff/owners. We had a dinner reservation at Salt Rock Grill so only stayed for one drink, but they asked what we liked and were happy to recommend. They have a good number of beers on tap and also wines by the glass. You can buy any single beer out of the chiller and you can try before you buy too. Unfortunately we missed the tasting evening - think that’s on Fridays... And if you get the munchies, they sell cheeses and crackers or you can order in food from Original Pizza next door - we’ll definitely do that next time (or take your Symposium beer/wine to the pizza place!) They have thought of everything and are keen to share their discoveries and enthusiasm with customers. We’ll be back!

Amazing
What an amazing spot this is. A much needed and overdue, upscale place to enjoy a craft beer and or a glass of wine. They have about 16 beers on tap at any given time as well as a selection of 16 wines by the glass. The owners Ben and Matt also offer 100’s of chilled bottled beers and 1,000’s of bottles of wine to choose from. If you find yourself hungry during your visit they offer a selection of cheeses and meats and crackers that come packaged together. Both Ben and Matt are very knowledgeable on beer and wine and if they don’t have it in stock they will search it out and order it for you if it is available. Do yourself a favour and visit Symposium. It is a fun spot, with great owners
