More than the Traditional Bowling Alley
I am not a bowler. But this place has much more than the traditional bowling alley which that is very nice too if you are a bowler. My husband and I dined in the bar/restaurant. They had a live band which totally rocked the place. The drinks were blended to perfection and the food was very good. Reasonable prices. I am not much of a video arcade person, but they had some fun games that were reasonably priced and we had a lot of fun. We would definitely go back. My one concern is that the night we were there (in the bar/restaurant area), there was a man was extremely intoxicated. He got too close to the band and even at one point got too close for comfort to them, even getting within the area where the band's instruments were in the back and front. Some of the band members kept telling him to get away from their area and he would for 30-60 seconds and then he would go right back up there. Some guys from the audience got up and ran him off. Finally security who we initially thought were the police removed him and then several minutes later, he came back in again. Finally, he was removed I believe this time by the official police and this had been going on for way too long. For as much violence that this country has had and with alcohol and drugs being such a problem that can result in unneccessary injuries and fatalities, we think this should have been dealt with promptly. It went on way too long for comfort. Hopefully, there are measures in place to prevent this sort of thing from happening again. Had it not been for the above described episode, I would have ranked this place an "Excellent."

Needs better management
From start to finish one of my biggest complaints is how the alley is run. We arrived and it appears to be no rhyme or reason to the check in area. There are several registers but only 1 was noticeable upon arrival. We were told to go around the corner to check in. We needed 2 lanes as there were 10 of us bowling. There were many lanes open however, there were not 2 lanes next to each other and we had to wait. They did offer us a VIP lane next to a regular lane however, this was impractical as we did have children with us. We asked if we could get our shoes to be ready when it was our turn. We no longer live in the area and this was a last minute activity therefore we had to rent shoes. EWWWW! I realize bowling shoes are nasty and ugly but these were some of the worst I've ever rented. The shoes were broken, cracked, and needed replacing. Half of our party didn't get the sizes they needed because they didn't have them. If you wanted a ball you had to ask for it and hope they have a size you are needing. Our children are not used to this and didn't know what size/weight they usually use. We ended up with a decent variety of weights but it took a while to get everything sorted out. We ordered from the snack bar which took entirely too long. There were at least 4 different workers in the snack bar and still took 15 minutes to geta pitcher of sprite and an order of Nachos (which tasted like hot cardboard). The seating area in the pit needs to be replaced or repaired as the vinyl was tearing at the seams on many of the couches. The tables where we were at were dirty and there was trash everywhere. There wasn't anyone cleaning or making sure the garbage was picked up. Overall, the kids had fun which was why we went in the first place.
