A fine example of Spanish Renaissance church
Located on one of the main thoroughfares on Palm Beach, this splendid Spanish Renaissance church serves as one of the major Catholic parish churches. The church was completed in 1926, and a residence was added to it in 1942. In 1958 a parish center was added, and recently the church underwent extensive repair and refurbishing. In excellent condition today, the interior decor is tasteful, elegant=, full of natural light. The main altar is dedicated to the Sacred Heart, while side altars are dedicated to St. Anthony and St. Theresa. An impressive mural stands on top of the altar, representing the 12 apostles. Beautiful stained glass windows recount the life of Virgin Mary. The Kennedy family, including President Kennedy would worship at this church when visiting or staying in Palm Beach.

An amazing week!
I stopped in to pray during my walk and we also attended the Vigil Mass. This is a beautiful Catholic Church. Saturday there was a huge wedding here. Very easy to Keep The Faith in Palm Beach. Peace.

Beautiful!
The church of the Kennedy's while in Palm beach as well of many other leaders in the political, sporting, and financial world. The cathedral is truly beautiful.
