    Friendly Staff
Even though we didn't win anything, still had a great time. I did see winners but they were betting big. Smoking casino with good ventilation. Our favorite member of our 4 day trip was Mark whom was at the I love Suites game Thursday 10-13-22, late night/early morning. He was great! Also Tara who was maybe a manager. Same day, same time. She was super friendly and sweet. We did see her again the next day and she recognized us. I love the variety of games. I am a slot player and my husband is a card player. Plenty to choose from. And shout out to the cleaning team. You all do a wonderful job keeping the place clean!!

know what you are walking into
We stayed in Sunny Isles for the weekend and decided at night to make the Hard Rock Casino our destination of choice after trying the seminole classic and wasn't impressed. Upon entering this casino was great, definitely has a nice Vegas feel. However after getting the lay of the land there were more than several disappointments and things I felt could use improvement. #1. No comped drinks even when you are betting $50+ hands of black Jack or playing $9 max bet on slots. #2 On one of the nights we were there the cocktail waitress took $20 for 2 bud lights that cost $14 total, she came back without my change and just assumed I was going to give her a $6 tip, so that was quite a turn off, I guess be clear if you want your change. #3 Better sign up for your players card. All the dealers and pit bosses seem very bothered when you do not have one. However, they should understand that some people have no intention to return to the area and do not have a hard rock near where they live. If there was still a hard rock in Vegas I might have considered it as I frequent Vegas but they sold so I felt like there was no point. #4. Was super upset one night as I had been playing on a table for several hours and we were having a good time, when they just come over and double the price of the table. They just want you to leave, I guess. To increase a table from $25 to $50 just cause everyone had been playing a while so they can clear the table is pretty frustrating. I was playing mostly $50 anyway however I do like the option to lower my bet. #5 As they come over to tell you at the end of the shoot they will be increasing, after they said that we were only mid deck and the dealer dealt 1 more hand and then they cleared us for cleaning, so that was pretty aggravating as they could have let us finish the shoot, but they just couldn't get us off of the table fast enough. Overall there were multiple occasions where I felt like this casino just made things up as they went and there was no rhyme or reason. Slots were ok 1 night but super tight the other days we visited. Hard rock restaurant was pretty good, so I give that a 5 stars. Could have been a good time however I personally felt like there are things this place could do better, however seeing as there is no other competition in the area with live tables my guess is they will continue to do business this way.
