Not Fun Anymore
Since re-opening, they seem to have put in a lot of newer machines. They are trying to keep spacing for Covid safety, but while I saw several "clean team" people wandering around, very seldom did I see them actually cleaning anything. We stayed one night at their hotel so spent two days at the casino. Both times they seemed to "tighten" the machines at noon, and only loosen them slightly a couple hour later. Overall, the machines seem considerably tighter now than before the Covid shut-down. Guess we're paying for the new machines. Used to make a monthly trip, but will be cutting way back - just not fun to constantly feed the machines with almost no return to keep it interesting.

Had Fun, Good Staff, but...
The Good: I had a blast both times i went as far as it just being an exciting atmosphere. I went one time during the day and once at night. The Staff was awesome! I cant stress that enough! Super crew! The unfortunate: I had a question about an email i received about my wild card promo rewards. It stated the days i was allowed to use my first part of the reward and then the days and times for the second part of the reward. However, later i check my account and those dates had been adjusted. I called customer service and they said i would have to drive the hour there to talk to the wild card staff during their shifts, which is not possible for me. So I reached out to customer service through email and i received no response...
