BEST dive shop and certification in all of florida
Amazing staff and shop. Highly recommend getting your certification from here especially with on site pool. Joe was amazing and kept an eye on us the whole time in devils den wish was the best dive I've ever been on and I have over 1000 dives under my belt. It was even better than the red sea! The staff is all amazing and I just can't say enough good things about them. A+++ get certified NOW if you haven't yet. You are missing out on a whole other world right under your nose.

Best Customer Service
Mu son (13 yr) and I completed the PADI open water course with Tim and Joe (owner/operators of Scuba Monkey) and they were great. Tim was leading the course but Joe did much of the troubleshooting with each student in the water and had enough patience to see each of us through the tough stuff. For me the toughest part (most nerve wracking) was removing and replacing my mask under water. Joe kept calm and gave me great advice which allowed me to complete this skill. For my son the ear clearing/pressurizing was the the problem. He was able to complete about half of the open water skills during the regular class but just couldn't seem to master the ear equalizing (despite Joe/Tim spending considerable time with him) which prevented him from completing the class. So Tim met with us another day and spent two hours working one-on-one with him. Tim got him comfortable on equalizing and they finished the required skill tests - so now the kid is certified. All of this at no additional cost! That kind of personalized attention and service is rare. Scuba Monkey has definitely earned my loyalty.

Amazing people, products, and diving opportunities!
I go to Scuba Monkey for all of my underwater needs. I got open water certified with Joe and Tim, then went on a Venice fossil dive they set up and discovered a lifelong hobby for fossil diving. I also leased all of my personal dive equipment through them, couldn't have been easier. You won't be disappointed!
