    Lovely beach!!!
Beautiful and clean beach with fishing on one side and swimming/recreation on the other (just at one of the stops at least(which was the one we went to)). They also had a great gazebo to sit under for some really good shade and a great rinsing station for washing off the sand. Bathrooms were clean. There were plenty of dolphin sightings in the water while we were there. It was $6 dollars per day for one car and they gave us sea shell scavenger hunt maps for our kids and also provided a map when we asked for one and gave recommendations of places to stop. They said there were trails to walk as well, but we didn’t get a chance to walk them while we were there. We will definitely be coming back to this State park if we come back to St. George Island again!

    Beautiful
I took a star away as I must have overlooked pets not allowed on beach during my research. The beach area is beautiful with soft white sand. The water wasn't clear and was bit rough during time I went- after 7pm and there is signage noting access inside park (fee) closes at 8 or 8:15pm to visitors. The flag for stingrays was out as well, so avoided even placing a foot in the water. Beautiful dunes (keep off signs) and many signs for plover (bird nesting) and turtle nesting areas with signage. Also, no alcohol allowed on beach. Wasn't crowded and is a good area to relax. Recommend park website for the dos and don'ts or contacting staff for questions.
