Great Charter
Although the visibility wasn't great since it's been raining, they were a great charter to dive with. They didn't have too many people there which was a breath of fresh air, the boat was well equipped, and they had a huge cooler full of drinks and snacks available for us. I'll definitely use them again.

Dive cancelled but responsive customer service
I am giving a 5 stars because I do not feel my experience should lower their rating even we we did not dive with them Our 2 tanks dive was scheduled on 8/3. On 8/2 9 am Capt Chris contacted us to let us know they had a technical issue with the boat and his was not sure it will be fixed by Tomorrow. He updated us Monday evening saying they oculd not fix it and he offer us a refund. As a today, the refund has been issued. I read the bad review posted on June but it is not what we experienced. they let us know about the issue and refund us. Nothing to complain about the customer service. They handle this unfortunate issuecorrectly.

Great Experience
Dave and Chris were both great. This was my first SCUBA experience in the ocean and they helped me and made me feel comfortable. They were focused on safety and on what the group wanted to do, taking all of us into account. I would definitely recommend Reel Diversion Charters and hope to be back soon!
