poor customer service, would not recommend
just a terrible experience to deal with them. Our golf cart needed a new motor. When the called to tell us the cost they were not able to give a clear and concise listing of what was wrong and what the fix would be and what all the charges would be or the total. It needed a new motor $899.00 and annual service and there was a leak. It was not fully put together when they brought it back, driver had to take it back again and have them finish putting it together. They still got it wrong. They used the wrong screws on the wrong parts and didn't put it back the way it was when it went in. We found the screws still in a cup holder after they brought it back the 2nd time. (Still not working correctly) Waiting for a 3rd pickup now. When it went in it would read 28 mph, when we got it back the 2nd time, it struggles to reach 21. This has a great effect on the drivers behind you that can't pass and just stack up because you can't even do the speed limit. got a large bill, it still isn't fixed correctly and were not even their priority to get back in to fix it correctly. Save yourself some stress and money, go somewhere else.
